Items dispatched by us via Royal Mail normally take between 3 to 5 working days to be delivered (Items are often faster, but these are the official Royal Mail figures). Items will only be dispatched after full payment is received.

We accept no responsibility or blame for items that take longer than 5 working days to arrive as Royal Mail can take up to 15 working days to deliver a recorded or registered item.

All items are sent recorded delivery and need signing for. Any item not signed for (E.g. - no one home when delivered or refused to sign for the item) will normally held by the post office for 7 days then returned to us.

These items will not be sent out again until a further P&P is paid.

Any items sent by large courier services (E.g. - T.N.T) must be checked for damage before you sign for them as failure to do so will result in no refund being given by us or the courier.
