What is Collagen?

Collagen is the major structural protein forming our skin, hair, nails, cartilage, ligaments, tendons and bones.
Collagen makes up about 75% of the protein in our skin and is responsible for the skins structural integrity and appearance.

After the age of 25 our body starts to lose its ability to form collagen.
This slowing of collagen production with age is partly responsible for the appearance of sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles.

Why Simply Collagen?

How Should I Take Simply Collagen?
